looks like a piece of lint inside/on your lens or something.... it's very interesting looking...:)

Nice! The photos look awesome :) They look like you were the main photographer. ;)
-
J. Harrington, that was hilarious how you changed that photo. :) Kudos to you!

Congrats on your huge upgrade! I have the 50mm 1.8 and I'm not thrilled with it. However I've seen some excellent shots
done with it.

I went from the XT to the XSI, and I totally love it! I know it's not the XTI but the upgraded models are great. But like M.
Scott said, if the camera is working well I would work on upgrading your lenses first..

I don't know what the *best* color is, but mine is green :) (like a pine needles or sage-y green). Then again it was an office
before I turned it into my home studio, so... I'm guessing people might say white.

I would agree with John, take your "digi negatives" and either get someone else to do the album for you, or make your own.
There are really cool ways to make albums these days like having them printed into a hardcover book album. Just
something to think about! :)

I like that Linda, it looks very nice! :)

No worries David, it was helpful- it reminded me to check the past posts. I think I agree with you on the "which lens"
posts..however it never stops me from reading them-hehe :). Steve C. I was at the store and saw the CDs you can print on
and was totally confused on how you print on a cd lol! Your post really cleared that up for me. Thanks! :)

Sorry Dave! I was trying to solve a "discussion" I was having on the matter when I posted, and I didn't even think to look
back at older posts! I'll remember next time. Thank you David W., Neil, Rick and Stephen for your input on the matter! :)
-
Shaun, I didn't even think about something like that. That is a pretty neat idea, thank you for sharing it! :)

Hello! I'm not sure if this is exactly where I should post this, but here it goes. For those of you who give clients CD's of their images with
their package, how do you label the CD? Do you use the sticker labels, Lightscribe, or other methods? I'm just curious to know what
methods others use. Thank you in advance for your responses! :)

Do you mean kind of like how they make baby/ children books, with the hard pages? I googled it and found a few options,
but I don't know the quality...
-
I don't know if it just my computer or not, but the photograph looks kind of hazy... if you want it to be right without fixing in
photoshop you probably need better lighting, there are thousands of posts about that on PN, but without knowing your set
up, we can't give the best info... :)

I have an HP MediaVault...it has 700GB, and so far it works excellently for me, no failures, no lost files. I love it!

Photobucket has albums that can be password protected, I like that feature. I deleted my Flikr, I guess I just didn't like it...

There's Floyd Lamb Park, it's like 20 miles from the strip, it's a really pretty park with peacocks, geese and ducks, Red
Rock Canyon, Mt. Charleston.. there are tons of parks around too if you google it. I live here so the ones I mentioned are
some of my faves. Also on the strip there are unique features that are neat, like the Bellagio Conservatory, Bellagio
fountains, the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign....etc.. I hope this helps! :)

That's odd, I about wiped my monitor too, it looks very much like dust. I have an Xsi and I've never seen anything like this
in my photos... Sorry, I can't help, but maybe to know it's not the norm is of some help...

At my wedding we didn't have groomsmen...but our photographer had my husband's guy friends lined up and my husband
slightly in front and in the center. There was one were they all did "cool guy" poses (arms crossed, or hands in pockets
with a smirk) then one where they are all laughing and looking at each other like someone said something funny.
Maybe that will help you get some ideas... :)

Looks like a lot of all of the above (fisheye, stitching, PS)... you should email the member directly to see if he will give up some info on it :)
-
Nevermind...lol I was looking at the wrong sites. I found my answer. Thanks anyway!

Ok, this is probably a dumb question, but whatever... how do the instant rebates work? Are the prices shown as however
much discounted, or do they discount when you purchase? I only ask because I was checking out the flash prices and
they haven't changed. All answers are greatly appreciated! :)

It always seems to happen that way, the photos you dislike, other people seem to love. I know it definitely happens to me all
the time!
28mm 1.8, 35mm f2, 50mm 1.8 and 1.4. Favorite?

I did not like the 50mm 1.8, I had it for a week, and I just didn't like it, so I returned it and my 85mm 1.8 is in the mail to be
here on Wednesday. Have you considered the 85mm? It is supposed to have lovely bokeh... I don't know if I'm any help,
everyone is different, maybe you could find a way to test these lens and find out which suits you best.. :)
