Personally I would like to see the same shot without the stuff around the eyes

maybe with the glasses pulled lower down the bridge of her nose and with the model looking over the top edge of the glasses

    my 2 cents

  1. I agree with previous posts

    Great picture

    unfortunate crop

I know that this was some type of medieval event and not posed but if she was looking directly in the camera that would have been excellent

I know you take what you get

Thanks for those who took the time to critique my photo

Special thanks to Nelson for leaving a comment...

I tried to post something that looked completely different than anything else that I had seen on PN

I would still appreciate any other comments that might be out there

  2. I like the picture.

    Nice shot.

Really draws your attention to the eyes they just reach out and grab your attention.

Might of went for a different fingernail polish though ...maybe french nails or a complementary shade to the wrap/lips

  3. you can see a lot of the original light grey background in her hair

Might want to try a darker background or erasing a bit more in PS

If you have a brave model it's always easier to take the shot on location.... then lighting/shadows etc. come out right

or you can check out some of the city scape backdrops that are out there

    beautiful model nice concept

  4. really like the you tube aspect....

can't wait to see more of such postings

kind of let's you know how much of the final image is post processed

it also looks like you are using existing light

I always wonder how the end photo compares to the original shot

guess that it doesn't hurt to start with a very attractive model

I enjoy checking out your work regularly

    Very interesting and beautiful work.

Looks like something that Dali would be doing if he were alive today.

Definitely goes well beyond photography and into the art genre.
