  1. Astoundingly breathtaking! and all the other superlative adjectives used to describe this, dare I say - perfect - photograph?! I just keep staring at it in total wonderment and joy. It makes me very happy...I want to be there! Thank you for posting and sharing it w/us, Zack!
  2. Hi, again, Bert!

Thank you so very much! How nice of you! I really had fun w/this vignette I made. And you are so right about being catorgorized badly. Any idea how I can change it? I appreciate your taking time to check out my pix and leaving such wonderful comments! Be well...

Very, very cute! But the real question is...How did you do that?! I really like this shot a lot cuz it's such an original composition. keep up the great work! Be well...
  3. Hi, there, Roger!

I just read your newsletter and perused your very professional website. Very, very impressive. I will definately try to use the lighting tricks you mentioned. Funny, cuz every time I see your flowers I stare in awe, wondering how you get such gorgeous images. Now I know how, but doubt I'll ever come close to your special talent. Find it hard to believe you've only been at this for 5 years!

I appreciate your comments on my photos. It's really quite funny, tho! The 1st rose I saturated too much...it printed out very dark. I kept desaturating this one and got a nice color in print. Sorry, buddy, but that's the truth! Honestly speaking...all technical stuff aside, we like what we like--plain and simple! Thank You for the link to your newsletter; I'm sure I'll go back to it often. Have a stupendous evening!

  4. Thanks so much, Tammy! Very kind of you to say that. No, not a florist, but I am looking for part-time work w/one. Most of the flowers I shoot, I either grew myself, were given me by my boyfriend, or I purchased. I love the vividly colored ones best--can you tell?!

Take care and be well, kiddo! Lori

I absolutely love all the emotion in this! You caught the epitome of what a Mom (and Dad) feel when their baby girl gets married. It's all in there. Fantastic, Ed! I'm in awe!

    Hi,Kristy,

I'm kinda new at this, but, here goes...

I like this very much! It has a very ethereal effect to it because of the murky water. I prefer realism to over-edited photography, anyway. I just keep looking and looking at it! Great job. Keep it up! I'll be back to check out your portfolio later...

I really like this...especially the wistful look you caught on the kitty's face. And those eyes, so very expressive. Is this your cat? How did you manage to catch this shot? I'll be back, Zafo...looked at a few other photos of yours...very impressive!

This is amazing! It's hard to be mad at what the little critters do to your yard, when they're so darn cute! I just love this photo, Bjorn!

    Hi, David,

I'm relatively new to this site and better photography as a whole. I work mostly w/flowers. I am in awe of most of your work. Absolutely love your roses! Is most of your work done in a studio? Would you mind taking a look at my meager, scant and amateur portfolio and giving me some constructive criticism, as well as critiquing which ever photos strike your fancy? I'd be very grateful. I think you are a master!

    Merci Bouquets!
