Does anyone know where I can get these? It's a gray folder, but what's

special about these, is they have an acetate covering over the picture.

You'll note, also they don't have a border around the picture, in which you

slide it to hold it there like most folders.

I need these for an exhibit I'll be in for the summer months. I believe they

are an older item, and have only found them at 2 companies outside the USA,

but their prices were exorbitant and prohibitively high.

I'd be extremely grateful for any info on this product. Thanks for your help!<div></div>

I have a Canon A570 IS...just a P+S, but I love it and it's serving me well,

so far (it's what I can afford right now). Yesterday it slipped from my grasp

and hit the cement. OUCH! Fortunately it seems to be working okay. Several

scratches and a little dent on the edge of the lens. Am I safe here? If it

works okay right after the fall, will it keep working well? I have in the

back of my mind a thread I read where a dropped camera had an internal lens

slightly cracked or chipped, worked okay for a short time, and it broke

totally after several days of use. She was told to throw it away and not try

to fix it cuz it would never be right again. Am I looking at something like

that? Is there anything I should do to keep it working well (besides not

dropping it again!)?

Any sage words of wisdom for this klutz?

No, but thanks! I think it may also be called a "folio folder". It's much like what the kids bring home from school, only it has a front cover, too, and the big difference is I want the film covering the photo. I'm searching for a pic to link to, and will post soon. Thanks, again, Mac

Photo Insert Card Folders (single photo) that have a protective clear film

over the photo opening? I bought some from a local photography store going

out of business, and they're great for selling pix at craft shows. I've

scoured the web to no avail. I'd really like to get more. Appreciate your

I know this has been asked before, but usually from the other side...losing

ratings given to the member posting the question. I've lost over 50 ratings I

gave to other members! My ratings numbers were both at about 800 +/- 20 or so.

When I finished rating some pix for about 20 minutes, I noticed my total had

dropped back to 750-ish. What happened? All my ratings, both anonymous and

named, are withing guideines and accepted by the system w/o problems. Just for

the record...I'm not a Bot by any stretch of the imagination! Any idea what

happened, and can I get them back? Happy Easter to all admins and PN'ers!

Sorry, Josh, I know you just love this topic, but--It seems like they're back.

I'm getting very, very rapid 3/3's, which I haven't gotten for quite awhile.

My ratings have been better overall, and I have been trying hard to improve

w/forums, reading books, personal critiques/comments, etc. I don't feel these

3/3's are deserved on these photos. But- I could be wrong. Also, why are

there so few people rating and even fewer people commenting lately? Some

holiday I'm unaware of? I'm getting under 50 views w/1 or 2 ratings. Again,

I've done much better before this current drought of PNer's. Any thoughts...?
