Taken a year ago in Cape Town, in a hidden cave over looking Table
Mountain. The fog cleared briefly to capture this 2 exposure manual blend
of the cave within and the mountain behind. Comments welcome.

Beautiful!! Where did the colour come from with the blue and gold? Sky and reflected rocks maybe? I just got a blue 'n gold polarizer and really enjoying it alot. Great image Kah!

Tried a new technique. Interested to know your thoughts of the image and
processing. Thanx for viewing.

Fantastic shot! Great drama in the clouds and that lightning bolt couldnt be in a more perfect position! For some reason my head is tilting over to the right, like i wanna take a few steps and change the shape of the river and small island. Very nice! Best regards

Keep it up pal,

Taken in one of Cape Town's caves over looking the Atlantic Ocean. The setting sun
saturated the red rocks within the cave balanced by the blue ocean in the center. One
of my most difficult shots ever taken. Please view larger to get full effect of the format.
C&C more than welcome, thanx for viewing.

Taken in Namibia on the road towards Luderitz. It had been raining all day but as we
got closer to the coast the sun came out and we had to stop to capture it. Find
panoramic images don't get much attention on this site but appreciate any comments
on what I could have improved on. Thanx for viewing.

Taken on the east coast of South Africa at sunrise. Was a difficult shot, only 30
seconds of light to get all the shots for this panoramic format, timing had to be
perfect. Spent 2 days waiting for those 30 seconds, all worth it in the end. Thanx for
viewing.

This was my first panoramic i had ever done, the conditions were unbelievable. Brilliant
turquoise water and very high cloud that held some amazing colour from the sunset. 3
shots of 30 seconds each merged together, used a polarizer to bring out the colour
even more. Thanx for the viewing.

Thanx guys for the kind words, yeah i suppose the size of the panoramic needs to be really big to give a sense of scale to appreciate the format. They look really good printed 2 meter cross on canvas.

Taken above Cape Town's Table Mountain and the sunset approached, i used the walls
behind me that were beautifully lit by the warm light, to frame this magnificent view.
Thanx for viewing.

Thanx everyone for the kind words. This was my first attempt at capturing the milky way, but at ISO3200 there was alot of noise that i had to reduce in post. I will be looking to do this more again in the future trying some new techniques i have come up with.
Yeah david, i know his pants werent exactly photogenic but wasnt going to make him change at 12 at night, we didnt even have a place to stay yet. We slept in the garden of an empty house near the beach which was deserted.

UNBELIEVABLE PHOTO! Really amazing, one of the best shots i've seen in a long time! I would put that on my wall!! Well done!

Great shot! I like the cacti backlit, their thorns really pickup the light, good control of light too. Really great stuff, 2 thumbs up from me!
