I love the look of this. The window being a bit off centre bugs me just a bit, but not enough to ruin the photo. I think another crop that might be nice would be to cut it at the top of the wooden frame so that the old guy and dog take up more of the photo. They are just a great subject and I love the detail that you can see in his face! The colours are also just amazing, great job on a wonderful photo - Lex.

Not sure how I feel about this image, so any comments on what you think
and how you think it could be better would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
in advance. - Lex

I agree with Geoff Feldon. The back ground is a bit distracting to me. I love the detail however inside of the flower. Its a bit hard to see the stigma (I think that's what it is called), but I'm not sure what method to use to fix that. Hope this helps - Lex

This is just such a great photo. I love the colours, the blue and the red right next together just jump out at you. I can understand why it would be one of your wife's favourites. - Lex

THis is a beautiful photo. I love the composition and the choice of your depth of field. Great job! - Lex

I really like the composition of this photo and the light coming through the trees. I find the few leaves in the foreground and the bottom of the photo a bit distracting though. My suggestion would be to just crop out that bottom bit and then you would still be able to make out the bricks from the tunnel and I think get more focus on the almost rounding of the trees around the light. Great colours on composition through! - Lex

Took this from the wind of a plane while flying from San Francisco to LA.
Would love to hear your thoughts on composition, colour, and all around
what you thought of the photo. Thanks in advance.

I really like this idea! I love the composition of the guy rushing to or from work but I'm having trouble seeing where the focus of the photo is. I agree that the guy should be out of focus so imply movement, but I still feel that some part of the photo should be in extremely clear focus to bring more attention to the fact that they guy is moving so quickly, or maybe it's time I go and get new glasses :). Hope this helps! - Lex

I love the way the buildings in the back seem faded drawing the eye to the brick building which is so interesting. I'm not sure if you faded the buildings or if that's just how they looked when you took the photo. If you faded them yourself in post processing I would suggest fading the far building on the right as well leaving the road, cars, people and brick building in full colour. The far building drags my eye to it for what ever reason. Great photo though and I love the composition! - Lex

I think this might be a bit too overdeveloped... Any thoughts? Thanks for your time.

Thanks, I like your interpretation of the poles, I never thought of them that way before. Thanks again - Lex

Nice tones and colors! I'm not sure about the frame that you use, but I am not a fan of frames in general, so that's completely just my preference. Other then that I can't tell if the tree in the middle is out of focus or if that is just that type of tree. I truly love the colors and the silhouette. Thanks for sharing - Lex

Beautiful. It looks very realistic and although I think the photo would pop more if you made the colors a bit more saturated, I think it would look done up. Thanks for sharing - Lex

Any thoughts? I was wondering if it was too orange. Thanks in advance.

This is beautiful, and I love your choice of the Black and white. I almost wonder if the crop is a bit tight, but it does highlight her face, and it's lit very well. Thanks for sharing - Lex
