Nice job of getting in his face under such fast moving & difficult conditions, well done.

This is great!

A magical place, been there, I'd like to see more. Excellent use of existing light and an intriguing event. If you have a noise reduction program that would further enhance the photo. Well done.

I think this photo is better than what the ratings reflect... cheap-shot arm chair critics.

That worked, creative & interesting.

Looks like you nailed it to me. Between the red hat, the dog, the rule of thirds and leaving the subject room to move into, it couldn't be better. Congratulations.
Ansel Adams said "if we get a dozen good photographs in a year, that's a good crop". This is 1 of the 12.

It really saddens me to see Rome of all places looking like this.

Noise! A low ISO with a longer shutter speed solves that.

I think cropping out the distraction on the right side and getting it down to the two subjects would be more effective.

With all due respect, way too much print on her shirt. It's a distraction.

With all due respects I think the girl in whites exposure blew out on you a little bit. Nice composition all the same.

If there was ever a photo worth a thousand words, this is it. He is surrounded by responsibility and yet worthless. Great photo.

Perhaps if the motion blur was tilted to be perpendicular with the angle of her back...

I like the realism but a little soft blur on her complexion may have helped.

Nice photo. I like the depth of field. I think giving her space to look into by allowing more to the left side of the frame may help.
