I'd say you've got a cool story here with an excellent comp and perspective. I'm not sure re B/W perhaps it would be better in colour. My oppinion only.

That's what I say a good light. Indeed is all about light. Fantastic silhuette and very impresive moon. Clouds give a photo somehow dramatic atmosphere. Alltogether is worth to see many times. Cheers, VS
