Beautiful - the light is absolutely perfect! -
The bird is a Night Heron - and nicely captured, perhaps a little too closely cropped on the right, but then I think animals always look better when they have some space into which they could move. Anyway nice focus too. Best Wishes, Creann.

Does have rather beautiful eyes, doesn't it! I like the way you've desaturated the background, really brings out the beautiful colours of the crab (now I never thought brown could be beautiful!!). Thanks for your comment too, I appreciate it.
