I will be taking a photo buisness class and a Portfolio class next semester and Im sure they cover these kinds of things but as of now i have no clue of what to charge..do you have any suggestions? Thank you for your time, Megan

 2.
Hello, My name is Megan Griffith and I am a photo major at Santa Monica College I recently had a panoramic shooting assignment in school and we were able to check out the schools kiwi pan head, unfortunatley one of the bolts wernt tightened enough and it came apart while i was at a shoot and i attempted to put it back togather but somewhere along the way a piece got lost.. and my instructor informed me that that particular piece is what makes it work and they no longer make the head..and i am barley making ends meet right now...i just thought id see if anyone one here might know where i can find a detent disk for a kiwi pan head or mabey some good leads for finding it?? Thank you for your time i really appreciate it, Megan

 3.
hello, i am going to a concert on monday, and this brand puts on a really good show they dress up like alien-monsters and they have gaint monsters they bring out on stage, its like a punk rock play and i really want to photograph them and the crowd, they dont allow cameras but im going to at least sneak in a point and shoot, how about my holga?? the band will be pretty well lit so i think i could get some good ones of them, but it pretty dark in the crowd how can i get some good images of the crowd ??i could probably sneak a little flash in the crowd, do you guys have any pointers or suggestions???thanks for your time!!!!

 4.
Hello, i am a 27 yr old that looks like i could be in highschool also so i understand your frustration, but if someone else wanted you to take a picture with there camera it's because they know your a professional and youll do a better job, you should take it as a compliment, that doesnt mean they think your some kid, it means they know your more educated in the area of photography.. ive worked in customer service for about 15 years and ive learned when your working with people you just have to humble yourself no matter how retarded they are, sometimes you just gotta be the better person and "grin and bear it",your the proffesional..thats awesome by the way!!! so i would say in the future just cater to the clients a little so they like you and give you a refferal, and just keep in your mind that YOU are the pro, not some kid and thats why they hired you, thats just what you gotta deal with sometimes when you work with people, and its just a small scacrifice to be able to do what you love for a living....thats why landscapes are great..the mountians dont talk back :)

 6.
hello again, if each stop is double the light and my new dev. dilution was based on a iso of 250 ( with 400 iso film) shouldnt i just subtract 1 stop from my calulated exposure ( the rolls i shot were exposed @ an iso of 400 instead of 250) thanks again for your help

 7.
hello, i was using d-76(accurate custom blend brand)@1;4 with a film speed of 400 and now i am using claton f-60 @1:10 with a film speed of 250. i got great results with both of them but i couldnt find my old devoloper at any of the photo supply stores near me, so i switched and did all the testing with the new dev. and my images came out great. i just dont know how to figure out what time i should use to devolop my negs shot at a film speed of 400 with my new normal time (7min @1:10) any ideas??

 8.
hello, i recently had to switch devolopers, so i did the zone testing over again and i have a new normal time and a new dilution (at a different film speed : 250) i shot a couple rolls before i did this switch.. one roll is a +1 shot at 400, the other is a +2 @ 400. my new time/dilution was all determined @ a film speed of 250, ( i use ilford hp5 400)how can i figure out what time i should devolop these rolls of film at? i would greatly appreciate any help. thanks, megan
