Stunning lighting, i really like the layering of the different ridges and the glowing mist. You were definitely in the right place at the right time.

Great composition, i like the angle of the water springing from right to left, and the shutter speed looks good too, blurring but not losing all the definition in the water. This looks a very harsh and desolate place.

Fantastic, the exposure is superb. In my humble opinion you have other star trail shots which are stronger compositionally, but this one is very good, which makes the others something very special. All your work is inspirational.

Love the composition with those chains and the bridge disappearing to the horizon. I think it would be a great picture with those two elements alone, but the crashing waves add even more to the shot. Well done. -

David, i saw the other picture you posted first, but i think the composition on this one is much better, and the stones in the foreground are better exposed. Superb. Have you thought of using an nd filter to record some movement in the clouds which would add even more drama?
