The lurking head on right is icing of the cake. This one makes me think of GEPE's Anti-Newton Dias Frames... Ektachrome, Kodachrome, Agfachrome or Fujichrome? I guess you answering me: "If I tell you then I have to kill you..." Well, life is filled with mysteries.
This may come as surprise but this one scores high in my book. My symphaties to those hungry cranes lyrking for goidies. Oh, if only I had some on me now... Sorry, have to finish my lunch first.
What I see here beyond the obvious is a holy triangle. I can't help myself seeing the dark post with white top far left mimicking the other woman with white mark above her head. Also the white line behind that post links to the sidewalk. Further there are lines and marks as extensions here and there - says the geometry nut... The composition itself appeals me too.
This is a prime example of the kinda photo I have learned to expect from you. I selected this one for my comments for the reason that it happened to make me think of an exhibition of a Finnish photo journalist, who died few years ago. He quit his work and started a free art photographer and his latest work was in color, shot during early hours in the city, mainly in warm reddish tones, documenting lonely people wandering in the urban landscape.
Nice selfie. Addressing this to several of your photos lately: your imagination and creativity is certainly not drying - Keep it wet and flowing, thank you!
I guess one of the key words in street photography is "follow your
target", or what would you say? Your thoughts appreciated, thanks for
your time and effort.
