1600. The grain was intentional.

My first attempt at photo editing with The Gimp. The shadows were
made darker and the depth of field was reduced with Gaussian Blur.

Great sky tone and ground/sky balance. The grass looks a bit too bright for the rest of the picture - don't know if there was anything you could do about that, though.

This was actually taken with the camera settings for my old style
series, but it doesn't really fit in that category. Please comment.

Yes, I do want input, and thank you for it. By the way, that's snow in the lower right. Yeah, that would have looked better without it - maybe with the camera angled a little more up. And yes, it is my camera's version of sepia.
EDIT: Argh, now that snow is bothering me so much!

More in my old style series. PLEASE comment, especially if you don't
like it.

The first in my old style project, which is actually an assignment
for my photography class. Please, PLEASE comment as well as rate,
ESPECIALLY if you don't like it.

It's kinda grainy. If possible, use a wider aperture instead of faster shutter speed. Also, try putting her off to the side instead of dead center. Try google image searching "rule of thirds". Good lighting, though.

The way the sign is angled, I might suggest taking it from the other side of the fence and leaning a bit. Maybe a bit closer to the sign, too. Aside from that, good colour and depth of field.

I love this series, and these are no exception. I love the brightness and grain texture.

Technically, it's not too interesting, but subject-wise, it's cute and funny. Nice shot!

Fake ghost photo
in Portrait
Posted
Basic long exposure fake ghost photo. The tripod was slightly tilted,
so it's of NO value as a photo photo, but you could make up some
story like "this part of my house creeps my out so I took a picture
and look what I found!"
