Really beautiful. You took the tired/overused dog picture formula and made it something else. My only critical comment is the reflection from the (viewer's right) eye, to me it looks like a dust speck and is distracting... maybe this is my monitor but I see no other detail there... could you "dodge" in more detail or "burn" out the reflection. The highlight on the ear is lovely and you filled the frame very nicely.
