A good shot. I shoot sports and Lacrosse is one of my favorites. I like the shooter and the goalie in the same shot. A flash is pointless when shooting any outdoor sport. It doesn't carry and the recycle time is a bother. I shoot manual or aperture priority 99 percent of the time. Only advice is know the sport and shoot a lot of frames. Keep it up...
