Hi Tom-A perfect autumn image, The boulders in the foreground, the trees on both sides of the river & finally the fog covered trees in the background. I like this image very ,much, to me is a quiet,low toned image, a perfect spot to sit & relax & enjoy the view. Best Wishes-Ross

Hi Larry- Three cheers for nature, a wonderful work of a very unique seascape. You have captured the ruggedness very well Have been pondering the wave motion in the foreground, with s shutter speed of 1/320 at the amount of wave travel in the foreground, something to think about on our cold winter nights. The reason I have not been posting images is Father Time is catching up to me..Am now in my 89th. year & must accept a slowing down Altho Vi & I are in good health which I believe is due to the years of hiking & backpacking..Have enough images to review & improve on to last years & we will make short trips in our area Have rambled long enough so will close for now.Best Wishes to You & Yours-Ross

Hi ALF- So nice to hear from you, always appreciate your well thought out comments. Thanks again. You might be interested in knowing the image was taken from the deck of our cabin Unfortortunately,Father Time is relentless & I am in my 89th. year tramping around this old planet..We had to sell our cabin as the drive was becoming too much, our freeways are not for the faint of heart & it was a long drive. Years of hiking & backpacking have left Vi & myself in good health & expect to be around for some time yet. & hopefully submitting the occasional image.Have rambled on for a long time so will close for now. & head downstairs to my woodworking shop & a project I am working on.
