I really like this style of portraiture. It might "feel" better with a little more exposure in the background? Or maybe just a softer light so the edges faded a little more smoothly? Overall - exceptional! -

I am not usually a fan of B&W, but this is really amazing! I love the sky/cloud contrast.

It looks "right," but I feel like there should be something to make it exciting. Same struggle I have with most of my work. Dave Black said to me at a recent workshop: "It's a nice snapshot of a cabin." The woman helps, but maybe a more interesting view of her?

I really like the idea, but I, too, was thinking HDR would have been neat. It is my new favorite technique! :) Beautiful chapel! -
