i have d100 and am thinking of using it for a back up,i do weddings,band promo

shoots,but mainly it will be for concert photography,jusy want peoples

opinions on their recomendations would they go for a d200 or is a d2x far

you have the same camera and lens as me,im very happy with mine,have no idea what the is though

ok thanks,,the main club i take the shots is very dark with lots of multi coloured lighting,im quite new to concerts photography so will keep shooting and im learning new settings on me d100 all the time

i think i need a fast lens for concert photography i currently use a 18-70

1:3.5-4.5 and a 55-200mm 1:4-5.6 dc anyone have any suggestions on what i

im taking photographs in a music club,the lighting is bad,lots of multi

coloured changing lights,and i want to get as clear,good quality shots as

possible,as they wont use them for their website if i use flash.any help on

which settings to have my nikon d100 set on,im not very good with editing pics

afterwards,so i dont use raw,any advice on what white balance,iso,,etc

ive taken some shots last night with my new studio flash just having a

practice with it for a wedding im doing this saturday,and to my horror i have

a few marks on the picture,looks like a hair and a couple of pin pricks,so ive

cleaned the lenses,then blew air into the camera but cant get rid of them,i

dont have time now to take it to be done.so does anyone have any ideas,i will

be using film as well but it would have been nice to take 250-300 digital

i going to be photographing a band in a small club,they wont allow flash,they

have various colour lights flashing,i have a nikon d100 and was wondering what

settings to use ive used iso 800,1600 before its just the white balance though

ive just had it on auoto,should i change this to preset

im jealous,i would have come but doing a wedding,in sunny bournemouth,used to live in reading,,have fun

portraits mainly mostly indoor but with some outdoor work as well

just got some of this doing a wedding and never tried it,what does other people

think of this film,also using fuji nps 160 which ive heard is good for weddings

could i make one out of a pvc sheet and attach it to a frame?

silver,gold,white.is gold for more glamour photography,and what different

effects do silver and white give off

the ceiling is about 8ft high.was thinking of getting a 2x3ft box?

im gonna buy one soon im only going to be doing portraits and dont have much

room in my studio/garage and wanted any suggestions on what size

i was thinking of making a reflector,has anybody else made one and what kind

of material do you use.could you use a very big piece of plain whie cardboard

ok so my first digital camera is a d100 im really happy with it,ive never seen

anyone else do a review on it,just was wondering what other people think of it

ive done weddings before using film cameras,but now i have nikon d100 + sb800

flash.just wanted to get some opinions on what camera settings i should

use,asa,fstop,white balance,metering,size format will print 7x5,10x8 etc

hi the 400 is a elinchrom 400 flash head not a power pack & no there was smoke coming out of the vents not the bulb
