Striking. Might consider cutting the contrast down just a bit. Obviously not too much or you lose the effect but at least on my monitor its too much. Still, very striking.

I think maybe if just one or two corners were cut off you could still have dish filling the frame. I agree the about decreasing the saturation a touch but I wouldn't do to far. The impact of this shot is largely from the color so I wouldn't go down very far.
