Would lemon juice work?

I have this kit that is at least two years old but none of the chemicals have been opened.
After this time will the chemistry still be good?

I used the drum and base for years. Still you the drum and roll it on a flat surface.

You can get a small Tetenal kit (good for about 16 rolls) I got mine from B&H.

Not enough developer in the tank.

Here is a neat trick. Cut of a length of film from a unused roll, lick the bottom, stick it into the casette for about a turn and pull it out. The rewound film comes back out with it.

What would the catalog number be for this?
Thanks

I just came across some old 6x6 negatives and my notes say that I developed Plus X in it for 19 min. They were very fine grained and very contrasty. Just printed a couple this morning. The date I developed the negs was mid 1982.

You will need developing chemicals, darkroom and enlarger.
Study up on these forums.
Good luck.

I believe in means pour in 4 parts of water then add one part Tmax to make up one gallon.

Your absolutely right but wouldn't it be nice on a bellows?
I put it on the end of my Nikon 5700 P&S and got some really great
macros. Just a bit touchy on focus.

I have several enlarger lenses and I am wondering if I can use them
on a old Fed 5, Leica like rangefinder.
Is that possible or is the registration distance wrong?
Thanks

Recently sent some C41 to Photoworks. I think they switched to C41 at aroung 2000. Still don't like their processing, it was terribly grainy.

Tapio,
I have one of the older Mamiya 645s and it has a shutter release cord
screw on the lower shutter release.

I just got back some KodakUC from A&I in Los Angeles and it was outstanding. I don't know what machines they use but they get it right.

Just wanted to thanks for all the help from photo.net Got a Hewes reel for 220
and it works like a dream.

I have a couple 645's and I found grips for them on ebay, for (I think) around $15. I use a Vivitar 283 and a pc connector for both of them.

I was looking through B&H catalog for adapters and found some called Series
adapters. My question is, what are series adapters?
Thanks

John, I have had similar problems. It seems to me some of the automatic machines or their operators screw up some pictures. I have got some back like that and then scanned in the negs and they were prefect.

Thanks guys, the method of licking a strip of old film works great. First try. The extraction tool I have is the Kalt. I think it is sold in all photo stores I just haven't developed a touch for it.

I have seen several on ebay.

I am not quite sure what forum this belongs in, but.. I have a couple of rolls
of film I would like to snag the end tab and pull out. I have a couple of those
little retractors but have never had any luck getting the film out. Is there
some secret to using these or are they a waste of time?
Thanks for your help.
Richard.

While we are on the subject of plugins. I go to the help menu and do a search for plugins in either Adobe PhotoshopElements 2 or PSP-X and the search always returns no subject found. Do they not like to call them plugins ? Adobe does have a thing under help that says "about plugins" but all it tells you is the manufacturer of the plugin.
Is filters a one to one correlation to filters?
Thanks,
Richard

It seems like everytime I turnaround I find more plugins for Photoshop
but not much for PSP. I have used both and much prefer PSP but just
wish there was more stuff written for it.
Am I missing something?
Thanks
Richard
