  1. There are four places offering disc film processing in North America that I'm aware of. They are

    Rapid Photo

    Rocky Mountain Film Lab

    Dwayne's Photo

    and ourselves...Film Rescue International.

If you need it fast and inexpensive the very respectable Dwaynes will be your best option. Especially if you have the latest generation of Kodak disc film (Generation 8...it is printed as a single digit in a small box in the lower right hand corner of the disc cassette) If the film is older and is very important to you...well....shop around and find out what the others offer.

  2. While I know it is frowned upon to promote ones business here I hope it is not to defend ones business. Hank has claimed that we "Film Rescue" charge 3 times as much as the person that he is recommending to process his disc film. I believe he said it was 15 dollars where he had it done. We do not charge 45 dollars to process a disc film. The charge is 21 dollars. He also mentioned that we charge return shipping. We do not. Also not mentioned in Hanks comments is that our price includes development in AN-6 high contrast aerial film developer which puts a lot of punch back into these old films. Also not mentioned is that we also scan and enhance ever disc film before printing. Also not mentioned is that the price includes cd-r, negatives and prints. Also not mentioned is that we do not charge if we can not salvage a images from a given film. Sorry about my tone here but being misrepresented is not at all appreciated.
