I would take the text out of the middle of the picture and either move it in the black frame or to one of the bottom corners.

Nice shot. The background lighting supplied by the concert worked out very well for you; gives the picture the look of a strong hairlight and background light shot in a studio.

OK, so I'll apologize, I read the first two paragraphs (which I think have much validity), and then my mind just wandered off...so, I have the attention span of a 5 yr old LOL. But, I do agree that absent, a network of friends or followers, because of the way the system is set up, you will rarely get more than more than 10-15 ratings...me, I'd rather have comments than ratings, but that is whole different issue.

And now you have 11 I would rather not have rated this picture, since I try to only rate pictures that I like and can rate highly (cuz of all the fragile egos around her), but since you were drawing attention to yourself (in the feedback forum), I thought I'd take a look. I like several of your other pictures, but this one just doestn't do it for me. I see some out of focus leaves, without any central focus or point to draw the eye to.

Overall, I like the picture. A couple of suggestions... Can you recrop so the front foot is in the picture? The eyes look dark, how high up was the main? Lowering it would probably give you nice catch lights.

Nice shot. I would smooth (blur) a little less around the lower cheek/neck interface, as you lose the 3 dimensionality. The upper part of the cheek is much improved. You can have each portion on a separate layer (select with a feathered lasso).

Excellent shapes and shadows. Is that a trail of tracks in the left foreground? If so, do you have any shots that were stopped down more, to show the tracks and graininess of the sand?

Really nice shot! I've viewed and shot Saturn through a 8" SCT, its really awesome to look at through the scope. Do you have any shots of Jupiter; its even more awe inspiring than Saturn. What size scope were you using? Are you in an area relatively free from light pollution (that was the major problem when I had my scope).
