Another short comment to Ramon. I looked at your work and it is really great! There are many gifted photographers here at photo.net, such as yourself, and that is why I joined this fine group. I've learned a lot being a member and getting to see such great photography.

It's OK Ramon. Thank you for caring! 2 and 3 ratings don't bother me at all! It's just a game at photo.net! I'm just happy to show some unusual photos so others can go to these hidden places and try to compose something beautiful. I've been on front covers of many magazines and have won several photo awards, so my feelings were not hurt! It is good that people have opinions and thats what photograhy is all about.

Hard place to find. This is the only arch I can find there, but I
heard there is another. You can only catch the moon 1 time a month,
for about 8 minutes; if there is no cloud cover.

Darryl, I've seen a lot of photo's of the dunes, but something about adding a person to the scene is really cool! Again I really dig this! Regards!

Extremely well done depecting the serene mood. The hand position kind of says it all.
I also really like the angle you chose. Should be in the National Geographic.

Hi Dave! Bob here! Great shot! Wish I was with you when you ran into this guy!

The shot too about 5 days to get due to bad weather. I used a
Hasselblad 500 cm with a 500mm lens at F64, for about 3 seconds.
There will other shots posted in a few days on Yosemite. Warm wishes
everyone!

Late afternoon exposure to catch these falls. So many things have to happen from nature to pull this off. Here is the list - Hardly any wind, large powerful falls from the spring storms. the sun must be setting, no clouds blocking this peaceful memory of something so magical happening. This was not a lucky shot, but one that took getting at the right spot for over a week before everything came into place. Best wishes to everyone.
