And Merry Christmas to you also!!! I will be around for Christmas but I will be traveling to Moab Utah in early January. It is a photography trip so hopefully I can come back with good images... but I know I can't come close to your images!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Fantastic depth! From the grass near the camera, the horses in the midground to the fog in the background. In addition the colors are wonderfully subdued. What a wonderful, peaceful photo.
You have so many wonderful critiques on this photo! It took a lot of "scrolling" before I got to the end!
Congratulations on another beautiful image!

This was taken in a geothermically heated tide pool. Turtles would
"hang out" in order to warm up.
Thanks for your time!

Zack, I thought I had seen all the different ways to image sandstone slot canyons, boy was I wrong... this is outstanding!
I tried cropping the left edge (paper on monitor technique) and it didn't do much for me. I may not be seeing what Trevor saw though.
The mix of diagonal and vertical lines AND the circular nodules is what makes this photo tops.
Great image!

A fantastic study in line and color. Lines in the fencing, horse's hair, jacket's edge and the man's arm holding the reigns. The colors are great! Red/red brown pop out against the green grass.
Great image!

Wonderful capture! The woman's expression, especially her eyes, is incredible. My mind jumps back and forth from assuredness to unease to assuredness...
The man in background is looking behind her causing more tension and unease. The framed art gives a nice structure to the image and frames both the man and the woman. Fantastic!

HA!! No, I'm not very happy. When I first see them I get a bit pissed but then I realize that I might think to highly of my own photos. I am very tempted to take a famous photograph by a famous photographer and see if it gets the 3/3s. But, I know that we shouldn't post other's work. Still tempted though!
Did you know that all ratings lower than 3/3 are bumped up to 3/3? So, the 3/3s are most likely 1/1s. :^)
What really helped me feel better was our recent elections here in the states... sorry to bring in politics but many of us have been partying for the last couple of days.
I saw your fantastic recent photos... I wasn't allowed to rate them as you had just rated one of mine. I'll get back to take a closer look tomorrow.
Thanks again!
