  1. I think one certainly can compliment the other, in reference to David's question. Looking at the image I can see the photography was well done before the alterations took place. A wonderful concept exploring the future of art in general. I am inspired to test the water myself. Thank you.

Removing the shadow or changing the background for that matter would detract from the image in my opinion. It is the somewhat "candid" nature of this image that makes it pleasing to my eye.

OK. So here's the old school coming back to haunt you. I love the high contrast. The blacks are black with detail still in her hair. That's always key for me. The blending of her lines is done just right in my opinion. The angle?.....Hum. Not so sure. Interesting how we both are having angle issues this time around. Wonderful image regardless. My only real nit pick would be a darker lipstick for your model.

I always enjoy your work with this model. I have to say I really do not like the tone of the backdrop. I would love to see it as pure white contrasting her skin tone and those tattoos of hers. Best regards.

    Giempe,

The best one of the series recently posted for critique, not within the entire portfolio. My personal opinion only. Cheers,

I would have liked it better without the head scarf but that is just a matter of fashion taste. Well done. This is certainly an interactive social moment, yet a personal one with the ash. The intricacies of us humans? Great capture. Best Regards.
