I always love blue flowers and this is a very nice bouquet.

It should be a little bit sharper IMO and perhaps you could clone the shadow away in the upper right corner. I think it will be even better then.

Hi Jerry,

it is always difficult to get a good lighting when there are really white parts on the dog. My dogs also have a lot of white spots. Most of the time, when it is a sunny weather, i do bracketing. I make 3 pictures with -1EV / 0EV / +1EV and then use the best one or try to blend the 2 best pictures.

I always take the pictures in RAW so that i can adjust the lighting or WB afterwards. If you have the time, feel free to take a look at my portfolio.

As for the cropping, i think it would be best to have the ears not cut of.

I like the expression of Big Ed and the background is nicely blurred.

I like it very much. Although they look different,

I think their character is very similar to my scottisch sheepdogs.

They always try to please me and keep " the flock" together.

As for the low rating, i know how difficult it is to make good pictures of these dogs with the exposure and all. It is not just look and click!

Beautiful picture of a wonderful dog! I love the colors of the flowers and grass together with the dog. But then, these dogs always look great!

You have so many beautiful landscapes. This is again one of them.

I often visit your portfolio and i always discover new pictures that i like so much. You have a wonderful country with the falls , the mountains and so on.

I am really jealous about that. We ofcourse have the meadows, the cows, the sea and dunes, our tulips :) mills . I suppose every country has its beautiful things but i would like to visit the US so that i can come home with wonderful landscapes :) Keep on shooting! Regards,

Many years ago i was skiing in Norway and you captured here exactly how i remember it. A lot of snow, snow on the trees, no people (and that i think was it what attracted me so much :) ) , a snowtrail and no sounds. Wonderful! Thank you for sharing. I was back in your beautiful country for just a little while.
