Ben a great capture, well done.

Dave I visited your portfolio before I made a comment on this, I think that the angels and the cropping of this image is not one of your best I have seen in your portfolio.
Just a thought to consider.
Kind regards
Rob

I like this a lot, the framing is right, the post processing is effective and not over done although the flood effect you have done is given away slightly by the grass and the mood of the image makes me want to be there.
Good work

I like the composition but do not like the post processing that you have done with it. I have looked at you other images also and it seems this is the kind of effect that you want to put out to the audience?
It makes the models face too harsh when it should be more about beauty.
I understand that if we did every thing the same it would be quite boring, but there is effect and there is effective. The effect is not to a lot of people taste and it's not effective in the processing of the image.
Just a thought convert it mono and see what reaction you get from that?
The crop in my humble opinion is just right.
Kind regards

A good idea and a good prop.

Ahhh! another Cape verde traveller.
We will be going back in a few years, just to let it get itself on its feet. We found it to be a little quite.
Thanks

I just love the symmetry of this image the contrasting black and white fabric with a strong pose from the model well done.

David Mmmmm yep I think I would care why? Mainly because I get over zealous with post processing and some times I need to be brought down to earth, and get on with it. But then, if every thing were the same, it would then become pretty boring.
I have learnt a great deal from looking, listening and being inspired by many a talented person on this site. It's getting better each year and one day, just one day I will find my niche :)
Thanks to all who have commented and rated, I feel honoured that so many have looked and had an input into it. I kind of think that I got it right this time :)
Thanks

Paul lo ringrazia per il vostro commento. Non si preoccupi per la gente che dà 3 che capisco che ci sia molta gente triste fuori là.
Paul thank you for your comment. Do not worry about the people who give 3 I understand that there are many sad people out there.

Lydia is a dream model, give her a tool to use and she just pulls the poses so well.
