I like Ektar 100 very much and so far haven`t had any problems with it. Skanning colour negatives is difficult. And the result you get out from scanner is just the beginning - "raw" version.

But I also like very much Portra 160 NC. Especially NC-version, not VC. Very fine grain exellent sharpness very easy to controll contrast and relative easy to make scans

Hi,

Maybe this article can help you. I have used high quality filters last 40 years and only few times there have been flare etc. because of the filter. When I´m at sea I always use filters to protect lenses against salty fog.

Hi,
Maybe you should try these: http://www.marimekko.fi/ENG/bags/classics/grid.htm
I´ve been using Marimekko-bags decades along with "conventional" camera bags like Billingham, Tamrac etc.
I prefer FDn 4/300 L SSC and FD 2/35 SSC lenses. Unless one have`t tried them using heavy tripod, mirror locked up and cable release it`s impossible to know how good those lenses actually are.

First of all I must admit that I miss old Kodachrome II.
Having said that I do think that Fuji Provia 100 F for landscape and urban photography and Fuji Astia 100 F for portarits etc. are truly fantastic films.
