1. Its August 2020 . I sent my 203fe to New Jersey to be upgraded to the cfv50c. It came back and is out of focus too . I tried swapping the dedicated focus screen from my 503CW that works perfectly with the CFV50c. Still nothing. I can get infinity but every other " focused" shot on the split screen is out of focus on the back. I fear this is even ruined the camera's ability to shoot film. I have just told HB USA of this mess. I am in Canada and cannot ship the CFV50c and the camera because I cannot get the insurance amount. Like $20,000 USD for both together. I wan them to fix this for free. Even ordinary postal shipping cost me $70. So now I have a $,000 body with a $800 (CDN) change that yielded a doorstop. I am not happy.
 2.
I figure you are in Toronto? Well hers the clue to a working Hasselblad, Set the shutter to one second and see if it is even sounding on the gears, if it is shaky , uneven sounding then the Low speed may need CLA . there is a low range and high range and I think the change over is one fifteenth of a second. If the low speed is slow then likely the high speed will be as well due to lube getting hard when old. Look for black particles on the mirror when you fire the body , that means seals need fixing on the mirror foam, now the next can only be checked by use, thats the light leaks in the back. and that a cheap $20 fix with a seal kit on ebay. check to see if the numbers on the back and insert match if they dont then there could be an advance of film issue, not always but sometimes.

Otherwise at $850 CDN ( thats like 600 USD due to exchange)its a great buy !! the 150mm is a standard for headshots and portraits.
