Not really. We arrived relatively early, and the place was virtually empty. But after two hours, there were crowds of people - probably because of flat terrain and convenient parking nearby and improving weather.

It's a bit sad to see this wel-known place more and more derelict every visit. At the time of our first visit here (2007), all the fences were maintained and it seemed it is possible to get accommodation in former lighthouse cabins. Sometimes I have a feeling that time is passing too fast...

Thank you for your comments. Third time on this place - first two attempts more than ten years ago with the travel agency - one with dense fog and low visibility and one in a really hot day with the Scaffel Pike summit "reserved" for fast experienced part of the group (we called them "greyhounds").
