All good info... Thanks all.

That's what I thought... I've been wasting time scanning at a higher res. than I needed.

I own an Epson 750V. What resolution would I use on 35mm and on 120 film. The
final image on the 35mm is 11X17 and with the 120 film 10X10? How is this
figure out? I looked at other post and I'm still confused - mathematically
challenged I guess.
Also I've read about using Glycerine on wet scans... Any pros? Cons?
Thanks,
J-F

Buy another Holga...

Switching the cables did the trick... I'll be backing up everything on another drive and
reformatting this one.
Thanks one and all for your help.

I have a Lacie D2 Hard drive (250 GB) and a Mac G4 power book with OS X.
The hard drive will not mount on my desktop which makes it impossible to access my photos. Though I
have a lot of my pics backed up on CD's, there are many more that aren't. I pray it's not a crash.
There was about 20 GB's still available and I was going to get another drive to perhaps lighten the load.
What to do? Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
J-F

If you get a chance go to B&H photo on 9th Ave. between 34th and 35th street. Have fun.

Thanks for all your great suggestions. I just mixed a fresh batch and will be developing
some TRI-X400 35mm with the 1:3 formula in the next few days. I'm looking forward to
seeing the results (and to see what the heck I shot). Cheers. J-F

I want to try the 3:1 formula for Microdol... Am I correct in assuming that I take 3 parts water and add
1 part of the already mixed Microdol (1 package of powder to 1 gallon water)? or am I missing
something? (Probably a few brain brain cells, but that's another story). Any help is welcome. Thanks.

I checked and did not find it... maybe it was because it was 5am.
-
I posted this before but it didn't show up in the general forum...
Anyway, is there a way to sequence the images within a folio in my Photo.net gallery?
Thanks.
