This is the longest I have ever taken to make one photograph. It is a composite of 2 images. The first was taken at 1:45 am by moonlight, the second was taken at 4:10 am after the moon had set and the stars were visible. I took about 80 shots of different exposures and settled on 2 and then combined them in photoshop. the log was taken at iso 100 and the sky 1600. The camera was not moved in the entire process. I am glad it was warm (55 deg. f.) that morning.
