a little late on this but a lot of the replies talk about the hawkeye camera.
but this site was vital to american political and military interests in the 50s and 60s as it produced many top secret complex military technologies some still classified to this day.
check out the amazing details of the KH -7 GAMBIT spy satellite system. this would not of existed without the incredible technical achievements from kodak scientists.
i found this classic great quote : )
One young Air Force officer who traveled to view the GAMBIT camera manufacturing facility at the Hawkeye plant in the late 1960s remembered walking through a large cleanroom where dozens of women were assembling small commercial cameras. Because of the requirement for dust-free operations the women wore nothing under their white jumpsuits. The officer fondly remembered that the women occasionally flashed their bare chests at the Air Force visitors, which made the visit to cold Rochester worthwhile.

it is called naturally borax, and is sold as an enviro friendly cleaner.
funny thing is i got my latest box from a pound store, but it still had the tesco logo on.

the d1h and the d1x may be stone age...but for the money they are a total bargain.
even in jpeg mode the both cameras are fantastic, the build quality is a sensation and they just keep going.
as long as you have the spare battery.
the menus and the monitors are not that slick but that sensor is special.
the pictures out of these things with a decent lens is just lovely, mine recently cost £120 sterling.
these cameras really do make you think about the bullshit megapixel race, for an early generation piece of kit these are still very usuable...8fps for 125 quid sounds and looks good to me.

i love this rare beast of a camera..with a 50mm lens for an slr it is pretty light and
compact...
the big issues were having 4 AA batts power ultrasonic focusing motors camera function
and
a 35mm sensor... not good..i know use heavier duty batts....the other issue is no preview
in raw....
the sensor still stacks up very well, having a 6 million pixels at a Pixel Size 12m x 12m
and a Dynamic Range: >72 dB linear..
with the advent of photoshop raw software and noise ninja, you can get very usuable
images at higher asa.
the lens are stunning,if you can pick a kit up cheap grab it....at low asa, this can give
higher megapixel cameras a run for their money..

if you are talking about dean then you are talking crap if you are suggesting he is a scammer.
the guy has been selling this stuff for years.
i sometimes sell 35mm eir and military filters i have sold stuff to him and know many people that have used his film.
he has to load and cut it by hand. it must be much worse than my simple bulk loading 35mm i would think he does it in batches rather than a job to job basis.
the notion that someone who has been selling a product for over 5 years would pick you to rip off is a joke.
if his sales are any thing like mine he is probably the victim of fraud rather than the other way around.
the date on this film is not relevant kept in proper conditions it will last years past sell by date.
simple random batch testing tells you if the film is good or rotten.
my film is ex military i assume his film has a good storage history as well.he is an expert with this film if he says it is good why would he lie.
he would get found out..why would he rip off one person that person would be going around saying hey man this guy nicked my money.
crap eye say.
contact him tell him he is a lazey ass hole just do not call him a scammer.
