  1. I cannot tell you how glad I am to see you back.

This lake is fed by a creek and was pasture land where my Grandparent's cattle grazed .

I'm learning the new rules here and now will

try to put my new additions through the Q. forum.

    Thanks for visiting! Merni

    Star

I like your use of light with this as it seems to be accenting the wonderful folds of this star. The soft shadows on the wall adds to the great tones of your photo.

If I would change anything.. maybe the cord hanging on the left. Still a beautiful image just as it is.

Very nice photograph for this season.

Very nice vintage look to this, beautiful camera! The leather bound books add to the nostalgia. I love the warm tones of them and the cameras tones.
  2. What a wonderful photograph, so full of the soon to be memories.Hard to believe, I did not know these buses where being replaced.I hope the TFL will put them to good use as they retire them. Best wishes on your coverage on this important occasion, such an honor! ..Merni

    Shy Chubby :-)

Both shots are adorable. Shy Chubby is a good example of the chocolate and his expression.

Boy full, shows him in his environment. I like both of your photos, which both are really good.

    Cold Reflections

Beautiful reflections, a peaceful image to reflect and gaze into.I like the balance of your composition and seeing the circle of light between the reflections and shadows on the water. I like the warm tones, reflections and light. Very nice work Kim! This photograpph would be nice by my fireplace.

Thank you Don for looking at my work and mentioning this, I'm glad you found this one. I've since photographed frost 3 times this year, I'm finding its a world of its own. I've to stand back from the whole image and see what speaks to me as you've done with this. I'm glad I captured this scene as it was because I've found I'll never catch one such as this again.
