I am so very pleased with this image and the fact that it is film! I shoot film exclusively. The photo is so human and naturally compelling; it has a Je ne Asis Quoi.

I like the color and the composition.

Very well done.

Nice capture. How long was the exposure with the digital camera. I did not think you could expose this long with digital. How did you get the star trail with some much light on the horizon? As for the previous commenters note about the foregroung, painting with light (flashlight, flash units, etc) would bring out the detail in the foreground.

Great shot. Wonderful story. What settings did you use. You have a great eye and fast reflexes.

Maurizio,
I apologize for taking this long to thank you for your very kind critique of my work.

You do have a gift for black nudes with small splashes of colour. This is remarkable work. I normally do not comment on nudes but your work is so unique and tasteful. Striking. I am glad you use "real life" women and not emaciated "barbie dolls" which Madison Avenue and Hollywood have brained washed our culture into accepting (IMHO) as the quentissential beautiful woman. Very nicely done.

Excellent capture. We go there every year. what a wonderful image of a very magical place

This is an excellent macro shot. They eyes are clear and in focus. with its depth of field problems inherent with Macr photography, you have captured the important elements; they eyes are in focus.

Tudorica,
It has been a while since I have looked at your work. This is a fantastic image. How did you accomplish this: exposure, media, equipment, etc.
-
Thank you Birte for your very kind critique of my work.

I am always drawn back to this image. It is still as magical as it ever was. Take care.
