Nice capture and great composition .Sad to see these old barns slowly disappearing from our landscapes. I've taken hundreds of photos of  these in South Louisiana. Land owners are loosing interest in the upkeep. 

Looks like a  laid back small town.Makes you think the main engineer is holding the other engineer's head in in hands .Over all this is a "wow" pic for me.

Looks perfect. Shadows and Highlights makeup,hair etc;

Dan          I feel Debra's picture compared to yours is she has a lot of leiner perspective starting with the reflection on the right all the way to the small valley in the center.Where yours is not a bad pic but hers is just made stronger by the exposure and composition she chose.

I agree with Robin I would take out the lights in background .

I love leiner prospective,beautiful.This pic has everything working for it ,composition,light,rule of  thirds,very sharp,perfect exposure etc.

Really nice pic.So many shapes cutting around these birds.Just for fun I'd love to see a solid black background and solid white birds like you see on a film negative.
