A man being shaved at a street-side salon. Popular among low income
people. It takes 5 bangladeshi taka (70 taka makes 1 us$) per shave.
Normally lower class Hindu people, mostly the "Sheels" come to this
profession of running a salon ... now a days, some others as well.

I added the long explanation coz i felt most ppl visit this site may not have the idea abt the reality this photo is from. I dont mind ratings that much either. but i like to feel peoples trend, what they like and what dont. its not that i'm moved by the ratings, but i just love to see the response. i guess i know my lackings in photography and i'm trying to find how to overcome them. i'm honoured that u spend some of your free time on my photos.

a great portrait of a kumar. the bw works very good, and love the light. The
dedication of the person shown here is superb. only sad thing is- no one commented on this photo in last 16 days. is it true that some ppl look for poverty in south asia rather than cultural heritage?

She was sitting at a corner at a wedding reception. Instantly after
seeng her, i thought i have to captire the simplicity and innocence.
I didnt ask her permission, she knew i was focusing on her, i knew
she was feeling kinda uneasy, but she was so shy that she could not
tell anything to prevent me. Comments, ratings or suggestions welcome.

Dhaka, One of the Mughal capitals has the heritage in its own way.
this Goaldi mosque was built in probably 1519 AD, during the period
of Sultan Hussain Shah. Built of Brick and Lime-Concrete. Its
located at Sonargaon, some 30 km south of Dhaka city.
