Laying 90" pipe in Guamuchil, Mexico.

Great public works are built by people who never share the glory,
yet they carry the burden. These workers are participating in a
hydraulic project that will benefit thousands, and thousands of
poeple for a long time (but that is another story!) Meanwhile, here
they are.

This job in Guasave, Mexico, is making history for Mexico and US
hydraulic infrastructure. The diameter of this pipe had never been
made nor used anywhere, so this is a first. It is a stream
enclosure. Pipe made in the USA and installed by a Mexican
contractor.
