What focus mode do you find most reliable for Birds/animals, I don't shoot a lot of moving subjects, but I have been experimenting some. I'm using a Z7.

Do the larger 600mm, 800mm lens come with this also? I purchased a separate bag for my 200-500. otherwise I also keep them in case when using.

Just purchased the 70-200 2.8 S lens, and I got another lens bag for my collection, I knew this before I bought it, I wonder if Nikon expects you to really carry a $2500 lens in that. You would think with the $$ you paid they would include a decent bag like the one I got with the FL, at least so far, the lens is living up to all the hype/reviews.

I have the pre Ai, Ai-s 2.5, Love putting these classics on my Z7, the 2.8D is nice also, the Z MC is very nice, I dont have the Ai-s 1.8, still just a tad bit $$ for me to buy that lens, would love to throw it on a Z body.

I have the opportunity to pick this up at a real good price, was wondering if anyone has used it and what their thought are on it and how well it would perform on the Z7.

I couldn't, I picked up some bodies from KEH for about $9 each to try my hand at it, my fat fingers can't even pick up those tiny screws let alone put them back it the hole. and when I first opened one up, I knew I was over my head and that was just a Nikkormat, I could do some simple stuff but beyond that....
