Hiya all, thanks for the critiques of these photos.

I just took alot of these as snapshots, the ones I have requested for a critique, please feel free. However, not all that I put here are meant to be critiqued. I alot of them I put on to view on the computer in work. Damn sight better quality than anywhere else.

Just my personal opinion.

That wall is just too much. The other side of the street looks more interesting (to me that is).

Try the same shot with out the grey slablike wall. If the wall was less prominent, then I think the shot would work better.

A wonderful shot. I agree about the clouds. Also, I get a sense of the building towering above the people. The cars give it a sense of scale.

I have found my daily desktop background.

Of course, I am a cat nut so I will be sending the lads around shortly.

Not at all, I do like the shot (I like the cat even better) but that is not the point. Thanks for your comments.

You mention the vulnerability of the subject, what is about her that suggests vulnerability?

To me, looking directly at the camera, she is suggesting confidence, maintaining eye contact with the viewer.
