I was wondering what "after work" would be and I got positively surprised. I like this one best...everything in here for peaceful distraction..it shows a face without emphasizing a personality..nice work!

great colours, drops to fix the eye, of course the frame is heavy, but if one sees it as a whole it adds to the composition...in general i've found really "tasty" pictures here...keep it up!

the background is not sharp and the foreground is not "important" enough...maybe one could try to get nearer to the hats, so the point of attention is really on them?

the reflection shows the whole scene...very nice. I'm not sure about the nose-did you try to crop a bit more or show a bit more?

Maybe you should have cropped this picture differently: add some space at one side, let it breathe, because as it is, it's framed like in a box. Do you agree?

the only thing I feel sorry for here is that at the bottom the poppies are not sharp any more...but I really like this contrast and the fine poppy-hairs in the light
