I like the square format, the suppressed background, and the simple frame. Oh, and I like the picture too.

Does the road go downhill to the right or is the camera tilted?

The trees may add a sense of perspective.

I didn't mean to imply Photoshop. I guess effect was a bad choice of words. Anyway, I liked it.

This could have been my dad!

A very pretty face, indeed!

A dreamy effect. Very nice.

You might remove a little more background on the lower left of the duck. Try to not let your photoshop work show.

A new and different swan picture way beyond the ordinary. I agree with the frame suggestion.

Excellent! The selection for partial desaturation isn't easy.

Are you serious? My software only allows rotations in one degree increments. Sondra, another great photo of your favorite subject.

You could get a 2nd great shot from the upper-left corner

The best water lily picture I've seen yet.

I've just been looking through your most frequently rated photos. I'm envious. Makes me want to turn in my union card. Actually I'm buying a new camera for a Galapagos trip! I like this picture best. I want it blown up, framed, and hung on my wall. Did you accept the offer to sell your pictures?

The vertical format would work well hanging on a wall. Put it in a nice frame.

Well done.

Perhaps a frame?

I agree that it is very good, but I'd crop the lower reflection.
