I like taking pictures from this angle (as some of my other works may reveal), but I am still not sure about how much air to leave at the top, so any tips is appreciated.
Other comments are, of course, welcome too.

I tried having the sphere in the foreground, to break up the plain sky against building look on this image. Not sure about how successful it was. Comments appreciated.

The view from the 86th floor of the Empire State Building - if you look upwards...

My first attempt taking a self-portrait. I would appreciate comments regarding the composition, lighting, shadows and pose.

I would like to correct myself on that last statement. Of course there is a golden ratio present in the spiral.
-
I would appreciate both ratings and comments. What are your thoghts about the balance of the image? There is no golden ratio present here.

Requesting comments about the image's composition and my choice of silhouetting the foreground (which was not entirely black in the original image)

I really like this picture, and the way you have filtered it, making it orange, seems natural as well. I do not, however, like the lens flare that has been added. I think it takes the attention off the silhouette, and looks just artificial. Other than that, a great picture.

I have a shot that looks quite like this. I wish I had a wide lense at that place, so I could get the whole circle.

Am I right thinking that you have made everything but the sky grayscale and made the blue sky brighter? I think the contrast is a bit high, and would perhaps prefer having the building and its surroundings also in color. The sky could still be saturated bright blue.
Could you show us the original image as well?

The full resolution picture is a bit sharper. The resizing blurred it, I guess.

Manhattan and the Brooklyn bridge viewed from Brooklyn. I'm seeking comments, ratings and general advice on taking long exposure pictures of still objects like this.

New York was surprisingly empty on the 5th of July. Maybe it was because of yesterday night's celebrations, or maybe because of the temperature; 32 degrees C (90 F) and an almost unbearable air humidity.
I walk into the McDonald's on Broadway next to Ground Zero, and when I exit shortly after, the rain is pouring down, accompanied by loud crashes of thunder. Most people are seeking shelter under storefronts, as am I when these two women come running across the street, laughing.
I feel that I have captured the moment pretty good, but you had to be there for the atmosphere.
And to the two running across the street, if you ever see this picture, thanks for being there at that time.

Interesting. This picture looks quite like one of mine:

Taken at Trondheim Airport Vaernes this evening. It was my first time planespotting, and I got quite a few pictures of different planes landing.
Comments, critique and ratings are appreciated.

A nice and crisp photo, and the colors on the stone are interesting as well.

Taken at Sachsenhausen concentration camp close to Berlin.
Comments and critique are welcome.

Actually, they were removing a sports brand advert from the face of the building, on which the slogan was "Impossible is nothing"
-
Do you have any comments/critique to this image? I see that I could have left a little air over the building. Are there other obvious mistakes made in e.g. the cropping here?

A bridge photographed from underneath.
All ratings/comments are highly appreciated.

Wow, this is a real close up!
How big is this insect in real life?
I would have liked to see some more DOF, though.
