  1. Thanks for your comment. I have a hard time calling this my own considering its beauty came from someone else's hand. The colour was pretty close to what you see here, however, I did darken it a little and I bumped the contrast slightly. Here's the "original" (actually scanned from a neg, so not technically the orig.)

I finally got my new lens. Didn't have time to go out shooting, so I

practiced on my Aussie, Coop. Any comments would be great!!

I think the image became out of focus while I scanned it. The

original print is not out of focus. If anyone knows why this is

please let me know! Comments are greatly appreciated!

Still trying to learn through trial and error and this site has

given me great tools! Any comments or suggestions on this shot would

    be hugely appreciated!

This is my second shot of this lioness. The first shot was in

colour, so I decided to make this one in BW -- also the lioness'

eyes had that glazed over "cat eye" look which isn't as noticable in

    BW-- any comments?

The pole is a little off centered and slanted (nothing that can't be

fixed later in PhotoShop), but other than that, any comments or

    suggestions?

  2. Love this one too. Wish there was a bit more detail in the fur..though I know it's not easy. I love shooting animals (never thought I'd write that as an animal lover). This is one I took at the Toronto Zoo.
