A real beauty! Nice job.

Thanks Mario. The crop is called 'rape' or 'rapeseed' - nothing to do with the other meaning of the word which is presumably where your question originates from?

Great shot! I was there too (see my recent post) but I don't think I got one as good as this.

Excellent action shot! Would have been even better if someone was in there getting soaked too :)

Hi Alex, you've got some great shots in your portfolio but this one is my favourite. Great shot! (A bit of a crop at the bottom maybe?). This would look great framed!

Great shot Colin, it's such a difficult place to do credit to in a photo but I think you nailed it with this one. I'm going to try this next time I'm up that way - maybe I'll take my step ladder :)

Wow, that's a real beauty Gerry. A bit different from a lot of Elgol shots and fantastic light.

Great picture Jane. Verging on a bit too much PS work for my taste but not quite there. Especially like the composition.

Great shot Robert. I like the crop above too. Shame about the bits of log on the right edge, would have given you a 7 if they weren't there.

Beautiful shot Tim.

Great worm's eye view!

Nice shot Gerry - it's not an uncommon view so it has that working against it but on the other hand it's frequently photographed because it is rather a pleasant view! I like it - not so keen on the top part of the picture (can't quite figure out why but it looks a little bid odd - maybe too much burning? too much ND grad? not sure - maybe crop down to just above the mountains?) but I love the foreground and this makes it for me. Love the Cuillins too. Can just make out Sgurr nan Gillean in the distance - had a great day up there a few years back - might actually manage the whole ridge one day! Good stuff.

Nice shot. Some of the foreground is a bit messy but overall I really like the feel of this picture.

Great shot Tomas, really crisp!

This is probably my favourite photo of all time (so far)! Fantastic. Did you dig a hole to put the camera in? Really clever and original and great to look at. I'd love to have a print of this.

Nice shot Jitka. It's difficult to capture the movement of the wind in a field like this but I think you've done pretty well. The one thing I think might work better is to not have the treeline in the distance in the frame. For me it makes the image a lot more graphic.

Great shot of a classic view. Different enough to ones I've seen before to be interesting and of course with a view like that it's difficult not to like it. I think the people who have commented on the saturation have a point (it's a definite trend these days - one that probably started with Velvia but is getting pushed more and more to the extreme) but I don't find it displeasing in this case and if anything it works well - sort of a contrast between the hot and cold if you like. The picture you've uploaded looks somewhat oversharpened to me - I think it'd look better if you toned the sharpening down a bit (especially on the trees). I'd be pleased with this if I'd taken it. Congrats! P.S. Have you thawed put yet? :)
