Currently using Lightroom, but trying to wean myself from it because of the latest info from Adobe about not supporting the stand-alone version any more after a certain date. Am working my way through Photoshop Elements 15, which does a good job, and has different ways (from beginner to expert) of using it. Also just downloaded the free version of DXO Optics Pro11, which definitely shows some promise. Not sure yet what the end result will be, but really am turned off by Adobe's subscription model.

Agree with Mpix as well. And for non-critical work (i.e., family stuff, 4x6's, etc.) consider Shutterfly. They do a decent job and run periodic promos for free prints and half-off photo books.

No longer use neck or shoulder straps. Settled on an OpTech sling strap, and it works very well for me. Guess, in a sense, you could call it a shoulder strap. :-)

10+ year user here who used to frequent PN on a daily basis, and now visits maybe once a week,if that. Stems from my disappointment with the lack of help from admin after the software changeover. Was no longer able to upload an image directly from my computer no matter what I tried. Other members, especially Leslie Reid, were very helpful with suggestions, but unfortunately nothing worked for me. Posted multiple tries to Test Posting forum, got no response from admin. PM'd Glenn directly to update him (this is months ago), got no reply. I pretty much have given up.
