Nicely framed reflection shot. I must admit, it took me a few seconds to get the title. It's funny there are so many of them, yet I didn't see them at first.

Thank you, Mike and Marta. Mike - I know, right? I just felt lucky that she let me take her doors off and put my dogs in it. I wasn't about to press my luck with asking her if I could drive it through the pit a few times.:)

My dogs took my sister's Jeep out four wheeling while I was home for Thanksgiving.

Thanks, Mike. Yeah, I'm glad he never looked too happy. The captain of the boat is supposed to be a little more serious, especially when he's taking care of some crazy dog that keeps jumping overboard.

Thanks guys. Mike - Haha. Haven't heard that word in awhile. I didn't keep my gear dry. Nothing got submerged, just kept wet from splashes. Blew hard on the lens and tried wiping the rest off with my finger after every burst of shots. The whole time wondering why I never bought a UV filter for that lens.

Greg and Verena - Thank you. I enjoyed every minute of it. Janine - Thank you. Heidi had me beat, I think, but I was definitely was having more fun than Winston. He was pouting the whole time because the shoot was about Heidi and I was throwing so many dummies just for her. The hardest part of it all was definitely getting Winston to look halfway decent. I was running out of exciting words to yell at him at the precise moment.:) Chris - Thanks for taking the time. David - Thank you. The instant I saw it on the lcd while standing in the lake, I thought she looked just like a hood ornament.

Only Pierre Dumas, doing it his way, could make a still life with inedible fruit and heavy shadows work as a piece of art.

Patsy - Thank you. I appreciate you taking the time. Sandy - As you know, hard to beat the companionship of a Lab, especially while at the lake. Yes, I was belly high in the water shooting. I had a few towels in the boat to cover up my camera and to wipe it off after throwing Heidi back in the boat after every retrieve. These were taken over a course of 2 mornings and 1 evening, and each time I quickly became without anything dry to wipe my camera off. Jim - Haha. Something that's definitely not been done, but no, probably not too good of an idea.:)

I actually like the image the way it is. I guess I probably would have lightened the darkness a little in post, but not all that much. It's an interesting shot and how lucky for you to be there at that time to capture it. First time in 10 years....not too long of a line I hope.

I'm always a sucker for well done waterfall pictures and this is one. Love the fine strands of water.
