1.
I have read and been told that the lens boards for the Century Graphic and the earlier 2x3's are slightly different. Is that true and if so can they be adapted to interchange? Does anybody make custom lens boards? I need a board for a C/G to mount a super Angular 65mm. Any info or suggestions would be appreciated.

 2.
There seems to be no "standard model" of this very nice little camera. It's one of the older ones(1934 according to the lens ser#) with black painted top and bottom plates but I have seen some plated ones that supposedly date from 1929. I need some advice on filters, lens hoods and the film counter. It's hard to tell exactly without a micrometer but the lens mounting seems to be about 25-26mm wide. The screw threads would be a little smaller than that. I have read about several different film counters but not the one on my camera. Most of them seem to be manual in that the operator has to move the counter after each shot. This one seems to be automatic in that as the sprocket shaft turns about three times the counter turns once. And, the counter can be set to zero by hand from the top plate. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

 3.
Just found a "baby Ikonta" in a box of cameras I bought at an estate sale. It has a Derval shutter with 25, 50 and 75 speeds plus B and T. Best I can tell the glass is perfect and the bellows is tight. The shutter seems to work on the 25, 50 and 75 speeds but the B and T settings don't work. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

 4.
In looking for filters for my Vito II I have come across some that are marked Voigtlander 25-29 and have metal rims around the glass as if they are intended to be placed in some sort of holder. I haven't been able to find a holder and I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about them.

 5.
Thanks Guys...luckily I have a mike left over from my electric train building days back in the fifties. I miked them in several places around their perimeters and they seem to be spot on. And I looked at the machining cuts with a magnifying glass side by side with my Marumi. So far so good!
With Christmas coming on I'll be working the M2 overtime.
I looked at some prices on M lenses over the weekend and I'm sure glad I have a good supply of screw mounts.

 6.
I'm looking for cleaning and or repair instructions or advice for this camera. I'm planning to do a CLA on it. Anyone know any thing about the Ikon shutter?
I also need to replace the cover...lots of Zeiss bumps. The leather covering some of the bumps is worn through. So I'm thinking that I will use the old cover for a pattern for a new cover as I haven't been able to find anyone who makes pre-cut ones.
Also the spring that holds the eye piece up is broken. Anybody figured out a work around for that? I'm assuming that no parts are available.
This can be a really neat little camera for camping, traveling etc...it's 4.5 x 3.5 inches and weighs 15.5 Oz.

 7.
Re: my posting of Nov 20, 2009; 09:58 a.m. question: Does anyone have any experience with the adapters being offered on ebay from luxurylife114270?
I bought a set of these adapters (for 3.99 each plus 5.00 shipping for the set) and have mounted the 35-135 and the 50-75. They mount on the lenses just fine and mount on my M2 with no problems. When I look at them closely alongside my Marumi I can't see any fit or finish differences.
I haven't had a chance to take any pictures with them yet but I'm not aware of any potential problems. Does anyone know of any problems I should look for?

 8.
Hello John...I have an F, not an FT. The dirt seems fuzzy and does not seem to affect the pictures but is bad enough to interfere with composing and focusing . I can see one screw on the top plate. Are there any others, any left hand threads or any of those types of pit falls to look out for in removing the top plate? How would you recommend I clean the screen when I get in there? Thanks
