Too big. Lestways I think so.

Like the composition a lot. Not sure why. Maybe because of the people in the background. Makes it seem like these things aren't just props, but serve some purpose.
-
End of the dock is distracting to me. IMHO the lone kayaker would have been better.
-
way too much black for my tasts. But then those are my tasts. :)

Great Photo. Like the fog, contrast, blurred water, everything. Also, beautiful portfolio.

Watch the over exposure on the snow. Could be my monitor.
-
Love the composition, contrast, water, everything. Great shot.

Very cool looking! Convincing Photoshop work.

Like the color! If the birds are to be the main point (which I think they should) I would probably crop the bottom 1/5 (everything under the red portion) or so of the photo as it pulls attention away from the birds and is very dark and empty.

Love the color in the wather. Try using a polarizer to get richer sky color next time! Also, I wolud straighten up the horizon.
-
I think I would almost prefer this without the bottom part (i.e. only the reflection in the squares) I would try to straighten up the horizontal lines and maybe brighten some. I really like the reflection of the fluffy clouds contrasted witht he geometric moasic-ish surface.

Something seems a little off here... Did you use a wide-ish angle lens for this portrait? (i.e. less than 50mm?) Maybe it's just my eyes. I like the lighting.
-
Like the composition. A bit underexposed methinks though. Also, I wish there weren't so many footprints in the snow. Guess that's hard to change though. :)

I like the orangish tinting. The centering didn't bother me when I first saw the photo. I think that the contrast may be a bit too much, but that matter of taste. Also I probably wouldn't have vignetted the corners quite so much. But you don't have to take my word for it. I'm not a pro or anything :)

This photo made me look hard for a few moments to see what it is then for a few more moments to figure out how you got that angle. That's good. Like the composition. Good Shot!

Compositions is very "left-heavy". Also try to straighten up th vertical lines. Including more of the forground house may have been better

Too Big! A smaller version would be easier to see. As is I need to scroll around.

Interesting textures. I think I agree with Thomas about the contrast, although I do really appreciate the natural beauty of an unmanipulated sky.
-
Very watercolor like. I too would like to see the original. I guess for me a lot depends on how much is indeed "mother nature's" But that's just me. :) However, I do enjoy the colors as they are too.
-
Don, I like the color version quite a bit more. Just thought I'd let you know. :)

like the contrast of stonework with soft grasses. However the bushes at the bottom all blend together and make the image seem a little flat to me. Also, the bg is a bit too busy IMHO. Maybe try from an angle to get a bit more depth?

Hard to rate this photo because its so big I have to scroll all over the place to see it!

The lack of any shadow detail takes away from this photo. At least for me, it's hard to tell exactly what's going on.
