....and the beginning of another Bresson....

John,
Not much time to give a detailed critique, but this shot certainly grabs my eye, as does the body of your work. For those who do not understand the challenges and rewards of street photography, perhaps they should try it themselves. Like they say, if we have to explain it, they wouldn't get it anyway.
Cheers!

I really like the composition, the colors, the mood, and especially the texturing that you've added. Great title and modeling. Love her expression.

Great composition, wonderful muted colors, very nice textures and depth of field.
Very eye-catching with a touch of mystery.

Hi Tammy,
Yes, I do like the B&W as well. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm also a sap for sepia as well. I've tried to copy and paste on this message, but haven't figured it out yet. Thanks for the comment and suggestion. Joe

Photo taken at twilight along the banks of the mighty Mississippi River. This bridge and the
Cape are well worth the trip.

Love this one. Great drama, color, composition. Love the fisheye as well. Did you use any HDR software with this shot? I'd love to get some like this, but have trouble with post process. Thanks.

Lovely portrait of Rita. Thanks for sharing Brooks. Amazing that this photo randomly caught my eye whilst lost on the internet.....perhaps not so random after all. If you still have the negative, you could always have it scanned and become reacquainted with Rita and 1972 (a very good year indeed). Cheers!
